Thanks to Tyler Elzig and his crew! We had a great time! The fishing looked promising in the morning but conditions got nasty. The wind was our enemy! We ended up with a decent catch of 6 Albies, 6 Yellows, and 2 Bonito. Richard Rushlow won the Jackpot. Dennis Evans caught the first fish of the day! I was lucky to catch this Albacore on the second troll rotation (quadruple jig strike - we landed three). Thanks Dennis for letting me use your trolling rod! We look forward to a great season! Here is a picture of my 21.5lb Albie caught on the TruLine out of Long Beach Sports Fishing Berth 55 on 6.21.02. We started at the Butterfly and trolled back to the 43 spot. We had fish on the troll, slide, meter marks and paddys.

This nice Albacore was caught early in the morning on our first fishing day! The was the start of a pretty solid day! I appologize for not weighing the fish. They went right into the hold. After that we didn?t really have a chance to weigh them.
