Chef Paul
6-17-2004
Chef Paul came from the San Francisco Culinary Arts Institute. he is a well travelled guy fishing in Alaska, Canada, and Japan. He was also a chef on the Excel. He cooked everyone's meal to perfection and made special things for those with dietary needs. The best food I've had on any short range boat. Albacore with a leek sauce and a grilled chicken sandwich with parmasan cheese, what short range boats serve this? One of the most friendly guys too.

Chris

Well i must give credit to Chris since all the other crew members got their shotin. Here is Chris spiking a fish. A big thank you goes to the whole Pacific Queen crew. It is definitely a first class operation that is run like a long range boat. They have kill boxes and RSW holds. No sacks and no frozen fish. I saw nothing but head gaffs. Chris(capt),Mark(capt),Brandon(capt),Paul(cook), Jacob(deckhand), and Bill(owner/operator) will show you a good time.
